Founded by Bengaluru Torpedoes in collaboration with Padukone Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence (PDCSE), the Bengaluru Torpedoes Volleyball Academy began its journey with a mission to elevate the standards of volleyball training in India. The academy's mission is to build a reputation for our rigorous training programs, state-of-the-art facilities, and commitment to fostering a culture of discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
History
The Bengaluru Torpedoes Volleyball Academy stands as a beacon of excellence in the Indian volleyball landscape. Established with a vision to nurture and develop world-class volleyball talent, our academy has rapidly risen to prominence, earning recognition from the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) as a Centre of Excellence.
Training Philosophy
At the Bengaluru Torpedoes Volleyball Academy, we believe in a comprehensive approach to training. Our programs are designed to enhance the technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall athleticism of our athletes. We employ a team of highly qualified coaches, including renowned International coach, Nikolaos Katikas, who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our training sessions.
